THE ARGONIAN MERCHANT

The story of the argonian hero of the Oblivion Crisis that was forgotten

Chapter 0Edit

Our story begins in Liilmoth, Black Marsh, our protagonist is a young argonian named Light-Like-Leafs, he was a merchant dedicated to selling

different antiquities, he had a small business, and obtained enough from it to feed himself and his mother.

One day, Light-Like-Leafs received a message from the Imperial Legion ordering him to fight the daedric invasion ocurring in all of Tamriel,

Light-Like-Leafs went to the Imperial Armory in Liilmoth, got his gear and waited for further instructions.

Chapter 1Edit

After some time with no response from the Legion, a letter arrived, telling Light-Like-Leafs to go to northern Gideon, in the borders between Cyrodiil

and Black Marsh because of a suspicious activity going on, Light-Like-Leafs took his gear and went to the location.

At the camp, there was a small number of soldiers, the majority Imperials, but also some argonians, at the north there seemed to be an altar, two

mages dressed in red and a huge rock with the form of a daedric rune, Light-Like-Leafs decided to approach the altar, he seathed his sword,

he walked slowly to the mages, but he then the rocks in the rune turned red, and the portal opened, the others that were in the camp then quickly ran

to the altar and they killed the mages, but the portal was still open, worst of all, Scamps and Dremora were coming out of it, Light-Like-Leafs along

with the others attacked the daedra, and in that exact moment, Light-Like-Leafs felt something, something like a blessing from the Hist, he felt

stronger, like he could destroy the entire portal by himself, so without permission, Light-Like-Leafs ran into the portal...

Chapter 2Edit

Light-Like-Leafs wakes up in a realm of fire, he sees lava and a big tower, then, he hears something "Careful, this one's trapped in here, he's the

only survivor, quickly, help this one escape", Light-Like-Leafs then sees a khajiit in a light armor, Light-Like-Leafs asks about the khajiit's identity

and why he's here, to wich he responds "This one's called Ji'dar, he was a guard in Riverhold, until a portal opened, this one and a few others decided

to close it, so they went inside, but now Ji'dar is the only survivor, quickly, you must destroy whatever keeps the portal open".

Ji'dar then points at the tower, Light-Like-Leafs nods and they walk through the bridge. When they arrive at the other side, they get ambushed by scamps,

but they are no match, during the battle, Light-Like-Leafs is impressed by Ji'dar's ability with a bow.

They enter the tower, right when they enter, Ji'dar whispers "Dremoras! Quickly, hide, we can't let them see us, Ji'dar will take care of them", Ji'dar then

shoots the dremoras in the blink of an eye.

They continue through the tower, and find a room full of dremora priests, Light-Like-Leafs attacks the dremoras.

When the room is clean, they continue to the top of the tower, where the source of power of the portal is. When they reach the top, they see a gigantic ray of light and some daedra,

Ji'dar tells Light-Like-Leafs to go to the stone, he'll be fighting the deedra and come to him when he's done.

Light-Like-Leafs runs up the tower and breaks the stone with his sword, the entire tower breaks, Ji'dar runs to the top and both of them escape

the plane of Mehrunes Dagon.

Back in Mundus, the soldiers congratulate both Ji'dar and Light-Like-Leafs.

Chapter 3Edit

After the victory, Light-Like-Leafs and Ji'dar turn into good friends and decide to celebrate the victory in the Chorrol Inn.

When they arrive, they talk about many aspects, their life, their families, and how they turned into soldiers.

Just when they started drinking, the earth rumbles, when Light-Like-Leafs and Ji'dar go outside to see what happened, they see a huge portal opening,

they see cultists with the same robes as before, this time, Light-Like-Leafs attacks inmediately the cultists, and, strangely enough, when the cultists

turned around and seen the shape of Light-Like-Leafs, they ran away, leaving the portal half buried.

The city celebrated the victory of Light-Like-Leafs, and named him "Oblivion Intimidator"

Ji'dar approached Light-Like-Leafs, and told him: "Sorry friend, but this one now has to leave, Riverhold isn't safe, it was an honor for Ji'dar to be with you"

Light-Like-Leafs said farewell to Ji'dar, and they both parted ways.

The town celebrated their new hero, until a letter came from the Imperial Legion, telling Light-Like-Leafs to go to the Imperial City to get orders from

the Emperor himself.

Light-Like-Leafs inmediately said goodbye to Chorrol and took a carriage to the city.

Chapter 4Edit

On his way to the Imperial City, Light-Like-Leafs realised something: There was no official seal of the Legion, which meant that he was in danger, he quickly

ordered the carriage to stop and told him he would walk what's left of the journey.

After the carriage left, he was alone, in an open field, he then was stabbed, wounded, he turned around and saw a assassin, with his remaining energies,

he swinged his sword at the necromancer, leaving him at the floor, but not dead.

After the necromancer got wounded, Light-Like-Leafs fell to the floor, and closed his eyes...

Light-Like-Leafs wakes up in the Imperial Prison, being tied to a chair with an Imperial guard next to him, the Imperial guard asked him "What where you

trying to do with your friend, necromancer?"

Confused, Light-Like-Leafs told the guard his name and what really happened, the guard apologized and freed Light-Like-Leafs.

While he was leaving the Imperial Prison, Light-Like-Leafs noticed the Emperor walking in, he didn't interfere and just walked away.

After leaving, an Imperial courier came and gave Light-Like-Leafs a note, telling him that it was found on the assassin's body, the note reads:

"You are tasked with killing Light-Like-Leafs, there's many people that want him dead for many reasons Failure is not an option. -Ocheeva"

Light-Like-Leafs is shocked, and decides that from now on, his main goal is scaring the Dark Brotherhood away from Cyrodiil.

The quest starts now...

Chapter 5Edit

Light-Like-Leafs started his search for the Brotherhood, he started asking many people around the Imperial City.

A civilian told him that they say the Dark Brotherhood gets new members when Sithis observes a murder, which meant Light-Like-Leafs had to murder

someone, at first, he was confused, and thought that he should ignore the Brotherhood and do something else, but then, he thought "What about a fake

murder? Maybe i can make the Brotherhood BELIEVE i killed someone, but in reality i didn't kill anyone"

After that, Light-Like-Leafs decided that he had to find someone willing to fake his death.

The search didn't take that long, since Light-Like-Leafs found a beggar in the Market District that asked him to kill him, Light-Like-Leafs told

the beggar about his plan and what he thought about it, and the beggar responded negatively, the beggar wanted to die, not to act like he died. The search continued...

But then, Light-Like-Leafs realises something: He has a bunch of friends that would be willing to help.

He decides to then write a letter to Ji'dar, asking him to come to the Imperial City, because he needs his help.
