The Player is who you play as in Morrowind. His appearance can be whatever you want. The default appearance can only be seen in the Construction Set: a male Dark Elf with the b_n_dark_elf_m_head_01 face and the b_n_dark_elf_m_hair_01 hair. It is also what you see in the race menu when it pops up for the first time in the game.
