Epic Balmora is a Morrowind mod created by Mikeandike, that is an entirely cosmetic overhaul of the city of Balmora. The mod was released on the 19th of January 2014. Being a cosmetic-only change, the mod does not add any new quests or gameplay features.
The design of the mod is similar to the way that future Bethesda games made cities: creating the illusion of a larger city by adding in architecture around the areas of Balmora that the player usually interacts with.
