This template should be used on all site balance record pages. An example that will be used in this documentation is this page. The template adds a bread crumb trail to the top of the page, protects the page, and adds it to the UESPWiki-Site Support category.

The code should be included like this, at the top of the page:

With the example page being November 2006, this will add the page to the Site-Support category, fully protect it, and add this trail to the top of the page:
