S'varr is a Khajiit pauper with a house in Old Ebonheart. He has earned the ire of Otrebus Delagia and his gang, and has been marked for death. Not being keen on this notion, he has taken shelter behind his house.
If you choose to spare S'varr, he will reward you with some information useful in persuading the Delagia gang to abandon their operations in the city.
S'varr can also provide crucial information during the quest The Prince of Rats, giving a lead on the location of the wayward ambassador, S'Khar-ra.
