Omarcil is a resident of the tiny farming settlement of Eravan, east of the chapel of Roa Dyr where once he was a tutor-slave. He has gained his freedom, but has not forgotten how to teach, and so offers tutoring in Blunt Weapon, Mercantile and Speechcraft.
