Nalad is a cavern in the Sacred Lands containing a fell shrine, and Daedra.
This cave contains a Daedric Shrine, and will be populated with low-level Daedra if visited outside of the associated quest.
To reach Nalad, head west on the road from Necrom until you reach a fork in the road, where the northern path goes up to the Sacred Lands Sanctuary. Continue on the western road, keeping the ridge of hills to your left. Nalad is just over this ridge of hills.
