Julie is a Breton alchemist whose concoctions have been causing considerable trouble, with one faulty water breathing potion resulting in the death of a guard in Gorne. She has since moved on, and during the events of An Alchemical Ailment, can be found attempting to make a sale to Seitur's trader, Manus. During this quest, you can choose either to have Julie arrested, or accept her bribe of potion recipes. As potions are not Julie's skillset, the bribe is not quite as good as it first sounds.
