Friela Antoni is an Imperial noble resident in Antoni Manor, in the city of Firewatch. She claims to have the friendship of Duchess Perulia Jandacia, but has clearly fallen on hard times - having pawned off her prize candlesticks to Valvius Matius.
Unable to pay Valvius' price for the items return, she has instead commissioned the Thieves Guild to steal them for her at a lower cost. However, if given the candlesticks directly (bypassing your contact, Fitz-Fitz), she will skip town without making any payment at all.
