* Illusion Dual Casting, multiplies effective level by 2.2 (rounded down), after additive effects below.
* Animage, non-undead animalscreatures 8 levels higher can be affected. Will not stack with Master of the Mind against undead animals (which don't exist, anyway - death hounds aren't undead).
** The highest level enemy animalanimals in the game, and(not thecounting onlyleveled enemycompanions) animalare withthe amammoth, levelwhich aboveis 20level 38, isand the mammothbetty netchDB, which is level 38,40. meaning youYou have to dual cast to frenzy them, and either animage or rage is both necessary and sufficient - you can't do it without one and having both will not help you. This means animage itself is generally a useless perk for Frenzy; against any animal target in the game, Rage will provide the same performance, and having both won't stack in a useful way. The exception is if you are a vampire, which will stack with both enough to let you Frenzy a mammoth without dual casting.
* Kindred Mage, non-undead NPCspeople 10 levels higher can be affected. Will not stack with Master of the Mind against undead NPCs (vampires).
* Rage, all targets 12 levels higher can be affected.
* Master of the Mind, allows spell to work on undead, daedra, and automatonsautomata.
Note that most of these perks will stack, so the overall effective values for the spell with perks are as follows:
{|class="wikitable sortable" R

!Single-cast!!Dual-cast!!Single-cast, Champion of the Night!!Dual-cast, Champion of the Night

Master of the Mind will not stack with Kindred Mage or Animage, which is primarily of interest when attempting to cast spells on vampires, when it will come up that Kindred Mage does not apply, even though vampires have black souls. Death Hounds are not affected by Animage, but they are not animals to begin with; more generally, the perks will not combine when fighting people or animals raised by necromancers.
