Issue two. Removing opinions. I consider Luck nearly worthless once skills are maxed. However, that like several statements here, is an OPINION rather than universally accepted fact.

Taking issues one at a time. Personality increases your disposition with more than just NPCs. Rats, Bears, Mountain Lions, Spriggans, et cetera are not NPCs, but DO stop attacking.
