Glitch?Edit

Has anybody experianced a strange graphical glitch with the textures in this dungeon? After fighting a few of the ghostly warriors textures such as walls began to flash an ocilating blue. After exiting the dungeon I also experianced the same thing in places such as Whiterun. I never encountered this problem before entering Ysgramor's Tomb. 67.142.161.23 13:30, 20 December 2011 (UTC)

Nevermind, on a sperate file, I also encountered this problem when exploring Muzulft for the College of Winterhold. This is interesting because on a previous mage playthrough I had no graphical problems whatsoever. So at this point, the problem isn't isolated to Ysgramor's Tomb. Yeah I had that while wandering the Reach over by Reachwind Eyrie. Started seeing almost static it looked like then realized it was putting water texture above me for some reason. Had rocks and trees flicking in and out as well. I found going to a location a ways away. Saving and reloading corrected it. Lord Eydvar 06:05, 25 December 2011 (UTC)

Ysgramor's statue has a chicken on his armor?Edit

Has anyone noticed that there appears to be a chick head on one shoulder of his armor and the tail-end on the other? What is it there for, or mean?? — Unsigned comment by 172.56.12.197 (talk) on 12 March 2014

Not a Radiant Location for Dungeon DelvingEdit

Without an edit of the alias of Ysgramor's Tomb in cell C00 (mod) this reserved location cannot be a destination for "Dungeon Delving." The statement in "Notes" beginning "If you are sent to Ysgramor's Tomb by a radiant quest" should be removed because it doesn't apply to Dungeon Delving. The other radiant quest, "Purity," has "Glory of the Dead" as a prerequisite anyhow. And the note under "Related Quests": "Note: This location is one of many potential targets for one or more of the radiant quests found on this page" should also be removed.--Lmstearn (talk) 12:02, 11 April 2014 (GMT)

What is this 'good authority' (from your post on dungeon delving talk age)? Evidence to its inclusion as a possibility comes from people adding radiant quests to the list, so there needs to be actual evidence against. What is your point on Purity quest, it uses this dungeon just as Glory of the Dead does, so it needs listed. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 18:04, 11 April 2014 (GMT)
The discussion was posted on [1]. The point is that Ysgramor's Tomb, being the single radiant location of the Purity quest, is not a radiant location for any other quests during the Companions questline. It is not considered a radiant location for Dungeon Delving after the completion of the Companions questline either, but there is no obvious reason (for forum discussion) as to why it shouldn't be.--Lmstearn (talk) 01:15, 12 April 2014 (GMT)
Purity is radiant by quest giver, see the quest stages on that page. Anything with <Alias= ??> is usually radiant. The radiant quest note was added to replace Shalidor's Insights, which was the quest added to the page; Dungeon Delving was added because it was listed on the quest page as far as I can tell (and that list hasn't been modified since 24/11/11). Without being able to check it myself I'll leave it to someone else, or you can remove these two yourself. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 02:27, 12 April 2014 (GMT)

Entry to the tombEdit

"Entry to Ysgramor's Tomb is unlocked by the Companions questline." That is not entirely true. You can enter the tomb even if you don't have the quest, the main door is unlocked. You will however only get into the first chamber with his statue, the three rock doors in the niches are closed. --217.250.21.67 14:05, 9 October 2016 (UTC)

This is true, I've edited that statement to reflect this. — ABCface 16:08, 9 October 2016 (UTC)
