The quest is active but there is no dialogue option in which to hand over the flawless amethysts to Talen-Jei. I am guessing this maybe has to do with confronting Keerava during the Thieves Guild quest "Taking Care of Business," or maybe it is just a straight-up bug. — Unsigned comment by 174.118.85.218 (talk) at 13:44 on 6 July 2012
