Incorrect NoteEdit

Removed the following line from the notes.

• While the "Fortify Spells" effect's name implies it affects all schools, this is not the case. It is actually lacking a Fortify Alteration effect.

The first effect, "Fortify Spells" is the one that affects alteration spells. Its name is only different because it's the only one not hidden in the UI, and thus the only one to be visible to the player. This way, the player sees the effect "Fortify Spells" instead of each individually. I did check this was not altered by the Unofficial Patches. Xander9009 (talk) 00:10, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
