Benefit when not in Vampire Lord form?Edit

Does the Ring of the Beast fortify unarmed damage when not in Vampire Lord form (i.e., a khajit would benefit from it immensely, even after being cured of vampirism)? ChapnCrunch (talk) 13:23, 13 April 2015 (GMT)
