Base chance?Edit

The notes say "The base chance of paralyzing an opponent is 26%". That's only the case for the enchantment, is it? I used the Paralyze spell excessively on my character and it worked 100% of the time against anything that wasn't immune to Paralyze. --79.221.68.228 02:45, 27 April 2013 (GMT)
