Beggars taking armorEdit

I decided to test out the latest edit and dropped my armor in front of a random beggar Snilf he did ask for the armor saying "Couldn't help but notice, that, um... you dropped some armor. Just wanted to check with you before I took it. Is that alright? and after i told him it was his, he took the helmet, saying "Well great! Lets see anyone try to hurt me now." but took none of the rest, he didn't put it on either. He would then keep asking for the armor whenever i spoke to him, after i picked the rest up, he still asked, after i told him not to touch it he said "aww i thought you were done with it." and stopped asking for it. Follow up tests showed that he only seemed to prefer my helmet over anything else. He only seemed to ask if i dropped multiple pieces of armor and only after i had given him a coin. Feedback? (Eddie The Head 08:46, 4 December 2011 (UTC))

The edit Eddie the head is talking about is the following:
If you throw armor down in front of him after completing his quest he will politely point out you dropped amour and ask if you want it. If you say no he will ask if he can have it and if you say yes will cry out 'no one will hurt me anymore' and pick the armor up.
However this passage was removed 23:03, 6 February 2012 by 76.68.153.202. The reason is that all (most) NPCs react this way when you drop valuable stuff in their vincinity. There is no reason to specify this behavior for this NPC specifically. Thus my feedback to you is "there's nothing about this that's special to Noster". CapnZapp (talk) 17:18, 15 March 2013 (GMT)
I'm certain this behavior is discussed on a uesp page, and that somebody helpful will come along to provide a link :-) CapnZapp (talk) 17:18, 15 March 2013 (GMT)
Here. It's generic. Vely►t►e 17:26, 15 March 2013 (GMT)

How to Start His Dungeon Delving Quest?Edit

Does anyone know how to get the quest to find his helmet? — Unsigned comment by Jazstar (talkcontribs) at 21:30 on 17 June 2013

You should be able to just simply talk to him. If he isn't giving you the dialogue for it, you probably have another version of it started. Check the other NPCs who can give you the quest listed here, and if you've started dialogue with one of them about it, finish their version, then talk to him again. — ABCface 21:34, 17 June 2013 (GMT)
Oh, I didn't know it worked like that. Thanks ^.^ Jazstar (talk) 03:31, 18 June 2013 (GMT)

Surname/RaceEdit

Did anyone else notice that he has a Nord-sounding last name, but his race is listed as Imperial? The only other character I can think of like this is Brina Merilis, where the reverse is true, but I'm sure there are other examples. — Unsigned comment by 130.160.193.1 (talk) at 22:25 on 28 February 2018 (UTC)

The race is taken from game data.
If Eagle-Eye is his family name, and not just a nickname, it might be of interest for some, but as a rule not a topic for discussion here, as it is a more typical subject for the forums.
By the way, remember to sign postings on talk pages, either by using the signature button above the edit box, or as described in the instructions to the right in the area below the Save page button. —MortenOSlash (talk) 06:40, 2 March 2018 (UTC)
