Morrowind Reference?Edit

Is it possible that this Nelacar is the same Nelacar as this Nelacar? It is unlikely, but, as they are both Altmer and mages, it is possible that they are the same person, per the Altmer's long lifespan. If that is not the case, I think it is certain that it is at the least a reference to Morrowind (somewhat similar, though different to the Umbacano and Sorcalin cross-game reference with Oblivion).
