Most likely you were unlucky and experienced a minor glitch. Reloading a previous save probably won't yield the same problem. Wolok gro-Barok 16:54, 30 March 2012 (UTC)

Not hostileEdit

He won't turn hostile no matter what you say. If one-hit killing him without him seeing you and being hostile (like attack from behind him) will not get you murder and assault count.
