Is it just me or does this effect actually have resistance type DamageResist despite being a self buff, meaning the bonus is REDUCED by your TOTAL ARMOR? Enai Siaion (talk) 20:23, 23 April 2013 (GMT)

Ten years too late, but no, it has its Resist Value set to NONE when checked in CK/xEdit.

1.5 bug?Edit

at the enchanter, no matter the gem used, or the heavy armor, enchant, or armorer skill value. the damage added by the enchantment reduces its armor value by the same amount. this is happening on patch 1.5.. on xbox. can anyone corroborate? — Unsigned comment by 76.16.56.252 (talk) on 22 April 2012

I haven't seen that bug. I'm not sure if I tried to use this enchantment on 1.5. Sadly this question is probably now too old to get the answer it deserves anymore. --Morrolan (talk) 23:20, 1 April 2013 (GMT)
