Pumphouse Not Respawning ProperlyEdit

Has anyone else noticed that in certain interior areas of Blackreach, such as the Pumphouse, Reeking Tower, Sinderion's Field Laboratory, etc., that inside those spaces enemies will respawn (if they are programmed to be there) but that containers of any kind (chests, Frostbite Spider Egg Sacs, and knapsacks) and Nirnroot will not respawn? Some interior areas such as the War Quarters the containers do respawn properly, but I've come across several that don't. Is this a bug that should be noted on the appropriate pages? I've also noted that while Nirnroot, ore veins, and the Chaurus cocoons respawn in the general Blackreach area, none of the collectible mushroom patches have respawned. Also, while the Chaurus inside the cocoons respawn, the cocoon itself stays in its broken state, so it's very easy to see which ones are occupied and to do a sneak attach on the unsuspecting Chaurus, if your Sneak skill is high enough.
