No perk to improve Ghosts of the Tribunal armor?Edit

Is it just me, or do the heavy armor sets from Ghosts of the Tribunal have no perk? I have up to advanced armors on one branch of smithing and Dwarven on the other side, but I can’t improve the armor so either I don’t have the perk or it doesn’t have any as a weird oversight.
