Odd questionEdit

Odd question, but I'm curious to know if there is any way to obtain Thane Bryling's clothing without killing her or pick pocketing? It seems to be a unique set of clothing that I have not yet seen on other NPCs. Annlon 98.164.229.110 01:41, 3 February 2012 (UTC)

Yes but you have to side with the Imperials during the civil war and kill Ulfric, he wears the male version of Bryling's clothes. --SPMcKinney^TC_E 15:57, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

Although Ulfric's clothes are a different colour, they're black and gray instead of orange and brown hazmick 20:22, 31 August 2012 (UTC)

how to kill brylingEdit

i did some experimenting with bryling and i could kill her with characters that were masters of the thieves guild.but you may just have to do the solitude special job from delvin mallory as it makes her husband erikur nonessential i have reason to believe it makes her nonessential as well because my characters that were not guildmasters had no success in killing her cause she was marked as essential. hope this helps out.— Unsigned comment by 110.32.57.234 (talk) at 05:57 on 20 February 2012

Married to ErikurEdit

A simple question:

It appears to be false; their relationship tags put them as rivals. None of their dialogue even speaks of the other. Vely^{►Talk►Email} 20:24, 19 June 2012 (UTC)

Correction, Erikur does speak of Bryling to the player: "Bryling's obsession with honor and tradition is quaint but politically irrelevant." They're political rivals, no more. Should you kill Bryling, you'll receive a letter from Erikur (via courier) thanking you for killing his rival. Bryling and Falk Firebeard have a thing going onEdit

I just overheard Bryling and Falk having a conversation in the basement of the Blue Palace where the exiles are located. They came down there to investigate while I was eliminating certain undesirables. =) It seems she wants to keep their relationship a secret to prevent Erikur from using this information to get Falk removed from his position.
