Steel SmithingEdit

Just a thought, but since having the Steel Smithing perk is a prerequisite for Arcane Smithing, is it really necessary to say having Steel Smithing helps the tempering process?

It is necessary but for the opposite reason. Steel Smithing is the perk that applies the bonus, but you need Arcane Smithing in order to temper it due to it being enchanted. Silence is Golden^{Break the Silence} 12:23, 29 December 2013 (GMT)
