Quest InvolvementEdit

Is this guy actually involved in either of the two quests listed here? I can't find a reference to him anywhere on either quest page. 98.204.42.6 01:56, 19 November 2013 (GMT)

There are many random NPCs that can turn up at Diplomatic Immunity, he's just one of them, and we don't document them all. As for Bound Until Death, besides taking over for Vittoria after her death, he doesn't seem to be involved. --AN|L (talk) 02:21, 19 November 2013 (GMT)
