Hunt for JellyEdit
The residing apothecary and Alchemy trainer in Raven Rock, Milore Ienth, sells a wide variety of exotic ingredients, all of which she grows and harvests herself. However, due to the harsh terrain and the dangers outside the Bulwark, she has problems gathering netch jelly. Tell her you are willing to help and she will immediately promise you a reward if you bring back five samples.
The netch jelly samples are dropped by the peaceful, but potentially dangerous, netch that can be found all over Solstheim. If you have started (or completed) the quest The Final Descent you can gather the only two harvested samples of jelly in Solstheim, specifically deep within Raven Rock Mine, on an alchemy lab. However, you will either need to visit an Apothecary or go netch-hunting for the rest of the samples. The table below shows all fixed locations of the netch, which often reside in familial groups:
|The river south of the silt strider||1||1||2|
|The coast near the Tel Mithryn graveyard||1||1|
|Near Hrodulf's corpse||1||1||1|
|North of Hrodulf's House||1||1||2|
|The waterfall north of the Water Stone||1||2||3|
|Off the coast from Haknir's chest||1||1||1|
|Inside Coldcinder Cave||1||2|
Once you have gathered five samples of netch jelly, return to Milore and hand them over. She will be impressed and say, "Goodness, it must have been quite difficult tracking those creatures down out there. Here, take these. They should help you during your journeys." She will then hand you two Potions of Ultimate Well-Being, ending the quest.
- If you already have five samples of netch jelly in your inventory when starting the quest, Milore will say, "My goodness, you're quite resourceful aren't you? This is all I can offer in return for this. I hope it's enough." This ends the quest right away.
