This is a few years late, but Grakendo Udico isn't disabled when the questline ends. I can verify this, since I used a glitch to bring Udico into Cyrodiil, and she was still there after the Fringe was restored. So I'm guessing that she's just stuck in the Ordered version of the Fringe, just like Dredhwen. Bauglir100 (talk) 04:06, 7 December 2014 (GMT)
