Hm, there was a bug posting the discussion but I hope it works now. Anyways, this is Volunidai's Manor which you will visit during the respective quest The One That Got Away. I don't have the current name of the manor so I'll need to come back after I do this quest live. What about the old information about this location, can it be removed or re-written at some point?
