For info: it has been clarified and confirmed by ZOS in official ESO forum, that completion of this quest releases luminous ink as drops from mobs killing. It should be added into the reward section. I can't do it myself, it's too complicated for me. Sorry. --Tilu (talk) 08:30, 13 June 2024 (UTC)
