Level reqs for Morphs?Edit

I feel like these aren't real. The only reqs for Morphs that I know of are reaching Rank IV in the parent skill. We've been removing such data columns from other skill pages, but this is the only skill page with data in that column, however, and I didn't want to remove it unless we were sure it's not true. I also was hesitant to muck with this morph table; however, I am beginning to think the extra numbers aren't that interesting. The changes in stamina are undoubtedly related to the increased level of the skill and the one change in the range can be reflected in the morph description line. --Swordmage (talk) 06:28, 23 March 2014 (GMT)
