Xotos Vel and her Dremora minion prepare to execute a citizen

Xotos Vel is a xivkyn voidstalker found in the Temple District of the Imperial City. She tortures Father Egnatius in the Temple of the One, and will be slitting the throats of Imperial Citizens in an attempt to extort information from him.

If The Bleeding Temple is not active, her captive will be a generic Priest of Akatosh instead of Father Egnatius.

When you engage her in combat, her two Caitiff assistants join her. She also summons another Dremora from the west and a Grievous Twilight from the east. When these are dead, a Dremora appears from the east, and another Grievous Twilight from the west. Next, four Daedra are summoned, including a Dremora Gandrakyn, Morikyn, Caitiff and Kynval. DialogueEdit

She begins her interrogation by approaching her subject and placing her hand beneath his chin, holding up his head and looking him directly in the eyes. The Dremora Caitiffs on either side of her walk over to the nearby doorways, each leading an Imperial Citizen to the floor for her to make use of.

Xotos Vel: "Now, confess what you have seen, worm!"
<She walks over to the Imperial Citizen behind her, to the west.>
Xotos Vel: "No? Shame. Perhaps one of your gentle friends knows something …."
<Xotos Vel slashes the Imperial Citizen's throat.>
Xotos Vel: "Hmm. Apparently not."
<She walks over to the captive on the east side of the Temple to slit their throat.>
Xotos Vel: "I never tire of slaying mortals, priest. But their blood is on your hands."
Xotos Vel: "How many more must die before you speak?"
<She approaches her hostage, running her hand along her blade.>
Xotos Vel: "More I hope. My blade is always thirsty."
