- Kill [1 / 50 / 100] members of the Coldharbour Elite Guard.
Xivkyn's Bane and its preceding achievements are awarded for killing Coldharbour Elite Guards in the Imperial City. These are boss-level enemies which patrol around loops within the Imperial Sewers or in the above ground parts of the city. There are two levels of difficulty for these enemies, indicated by the flags on their backs. One-flag Elite Guards can be reasonably handled by a team of 4 competent players, but you'll want a team of at least 8 to take on the two-flag variety. It is best to lead these bosses into open areas to fight them. Attempting to engage them within the narrow twisting tunnels of the sewers is most likely suicidal.
