Witch-Lord Kegairn is a Reachman of the Ghostsong Clan who can be found at Four Skull Lookout. He can be found with his fellow clan members as they channel void energies. Once he is killed along with the rest of the Ghostsong, Voidmother Elgroalif will emerge from her shield.

Witch-Lord Kegairn uses a mix of bonelord and necromancer class abilities:
- Entropic Bolt
- Basic ranged attack which causes moderate magical damage.
- Closed Fist
- Witch-Lord Kegairn casts a rune on the ground that activates after a while, rooting players who step in it. This attack deals very low magic damage. The root can be escaped by roll dodging. This attack can be interrupted.
- Summon Abomination
- Witch-Lord Kegairn summons a flesh atronach, bone colossus or ghost to fight. The summon will die if he is killed.
- Empower Undead
- Witch-Lord Kegairn channels a buff on his summon that increases their physical and spell resistance. This spell can be interrupted.
