Veiled Heritants are Altmer members of the Veiled Heritance that accompany the Heritance leaders to the island of Silatar, where they await a display of Aranias' powers.
They can be found around High Kinlady Estre, Ondendil, and Vicereeve Pelidil, being attended to by servers as their leaders gossip about Aranias. They all carry daggers, although they will never use them.
