Vampiric Totems are totems summoned by some members of the Coldharbour Elite Guard. Standing in the large aoe the totem produces will rapidly drain your health, healing the boss with some of your sapped energy. They are summoned by Tholiakke, Guard of the Damned and Ketkarkux the Dominator. They can also be summoned by Xobutar of His Deep Graces, the secret boss of the Wounding in Vateshran Hollows.
