Thorelir is a Wood Elf zombie found inside Rawl'kha Temple during Shazah's trial. Thorelir was one of the mer who came to Orcrest with Shazah's father to help the victims of the Knahaten flu. She eventually fell victim to the sickness she came to the city to cure.
You must defeat a vision of Thorelir as a zombie as part of Shazah's trial during the related quest.
