The Flame King is one of the nine leaders of the ancient Nede tribes who was killed and enslaved by Virmaril the Betrayer in Skyreach Catacombs. He can be found in the northernmost room with the rest of the kings.
He is the third of the Fallen Kings to be fought, and will summon a spectral daedroth and scamp to assist him.
