She will be discussing with her hireling about the events happening in the peninsula. Before completing Keeper of the Fate:
- Hallgrod: "Spellwright Moran, should we be concerned about the trouble in Necrom? They say the Necropolis is closed."
- Tanar Moran: "Hallgrod, my dear hireling, do not worry. Fetch my tomes, or whatever's going on in Necrom will be the least of your worries."
Speaking to her:
- "I swear to you these hirelings seem more useless by the day. Find me a helpful hireling and I'll show you a miracle."
After completing Keeper of the Fate:
- Hallgrod: "Spellwright Moran, the Necropolis in Necrom been closed. I though you might find that interesting."
- Tanar Moran: "What do I care about the Necropolis? Don't return until you've found that blasted tome! Do I make myself clear?"
- Hallgrod: "I, yes. I must have just missed it—perfectly clear, spellwright. Right away."
Speaking to her:
- "This hireling is so concerned with the goings on at Necrom that he neglected his duty. I've had people imprisoned for lighter offenses!"
After completing Fate's Lost Dream:
- Tanar Moran: "What's your excuse this time Hallgrod? Spit it out before I have you in shackles."
- Hallgrod: "Spellwright Moran, mercy! A hireling told me a portal has been opened to Apocrypha! I though you'd want to know."
- Tanar Moran: "Fnd that tome, or I will personally see to it that you are shoved through that portal and never allowed to return again."
Speaking to her:
- "Apocrypha! Feh, I can't imagine the magisters haven't already accounted for such things. What troubles me is ensuring that this hireling stays out of my hair."
After completing Conclave of Fate:
- Hallgrod: "I found the tome you requested, Spellwright Moran. It just a little damaged. But did you hear about the Conclave of Masters?"
- Tanar Moran: "You just love to remind me that I'm still just a spellwright and not yet a master, don't you?"
Speaking to her:
- "Don't tell this hireling, I just need to keep him busy while I deal with other more important matters. With the gathering of the Telvanni Magisters, I've enough trouble to deal with without him tailing me."
After completing An Unhealthy Fate:
- Tanar Moran: "The trouble between Necrom and Apocrypha seems to have resolved satisfactorily. Do you think I can finally have my tome now?"
- Hallgrod: "Of course, spellwright. I do as I am bid. Might I hazard to ask, why was this particular tome so important?"
- Tanar Moran: "I…ahem…require it. For my studies. I plan to petition the Telvanni Council finally award me the rank of master and I want to be prepared."
Speaking to her:
- "Finally, all this talk can settle down. I'll be able to get down to my tasks once more. After I send this hireling on another little errand to keep him busy."
