The Spectral Cat is a magical lion conjured by Fedrasa Andrethi during a quest to steal some wine from The Ebony Flask. The lion will only appear if a lizard is thrown into the inn to distract Fedrasa Andrethi, and will chase the lizard for quite a while until they both despawn.
