Shepherds can be found as random encounters throughout Wrothgar. When you come across them, they will be crouched over a couple of dead echalettes. Threatening them are two Vosh Rahk. If you kill the threats, the Shepherds will only say:
- Shepherd : "Why? My echalettes were innocent!
- Shepherd : "Did they have to slaughter the best of my flock?"
