After the quest Gone Missing if you've decided to reveal Magistrate Sulma's secret, he'll say:
- "Long and long I have seen Sulma's sidelong glances, her nervous paper shuffling. This betrayal is not a surprise.
Sadly, I deem her replacement will be no better."
If you've decided to keep Sulma's secret, he'll instead say:
- "Istah burns in the stocks and still Sulma conspires. Something is terribly wrong here."
