The Shadows of Blackwood Body Marks were acquired by those who participated in the Bounties of Blackwood event from September 30 until October 12, 2021. In order for the marks to be awarded, enough players had to earn the Blackwood Pathfinder achievement to reach 66% of the community goal. They match the Shadows of Blackwood Face Marks.
