The Ruined House is a destroyed homestead in the Wretched Squalor. When The Prophet sends you into Coldharbour to retrieve Abnur Tharn, this is the place you end up in. Exiting the house reveals you have landed in the Wretched Squalor at the base of Mannimarco's stronghold. There are no lootable objects inside.
