Red Sails Cutthroats are Bosmer assassins of the Red Sails pirates found guarding Anvil Castle and the Enclave of the Hourglass. They are most often seen practicing their blades on ragdoll target dummies, observed by Order soldiers. One can be found in the Neglected Vestry signing pardon papers.
