Raj-Kaal Ioraxeek is a Naga of the Sul-Xan tribe who leads the sect at Xi-Tsei. You'll find him atop the pyramid, which is accessible by exiting the xanmeer from the northernmost chamber. He is performing a ritual on a trapped Sul-Xan Raider, who dies upon initiating combat.

- A basic ranged ability that deals low magical damage.
- Aura of Protection
- Raj-Kaal Ioraxeek summons an Aura of Protection that gives allies inside increased resistance to damage. The totem can be destroyed in five hits from any source, or one heavy attack. Destroying the totem will stun all enemies nearby.
- Summon Bog Blights
- Raj-Kaal Ioraxeek closes his arms together, staff upon his chest, summoning three Bog Blights from the sky. Two of them are free-roaming and will charge at targets, while the third is stationary; their torso sticks out of the ground, and acts like a landmine, exploding when drawing near.
- Bone Shield
- Raj-Kaal Ioraxeek casts a whirlwind of bones on itself, gaining a damage shield for 6 seconds.
