Pilgrim Melda is Nord worshipper of Meridia who can be found with Pilgrim Fargord at their cart near the main road. She left the temple just before the unnatural storm hit, but was caught up in the aftermath and was left "harrowed". She can now only shuffle around aimlessly and won't respond to any questions.
