Hotfix 3/23/17 – Into the Maw Exploit FixEdit
We have just applied a hotfix to all platforms and megaservers to remove the Ancient Lunar Talisman from Rakkhat’s Chest specifically for players that kill him while not on the quest “Into the Maw.” This is to address an exploit where you could utilize this item to gain experience much faster than intended. In order to get and complete “Into the Maw” at this time, you will need to accept the quest before the Trial starts.
There is no patch to download for this hotfix.
