Into the Mouth of MadnessEdit

Speaking with him before the related quest, and before helping Almalexia:

"Stop, traveler.
None may enter the Hollow without the express permission of Lady Almalexia."
The Hollow is off limits?
"We believe Magistrix Vox is holed up in the caves here.
But we don't have enough troops to go in after her. Or stop her, if she tries to fight her way out."

When you get to the encampment, he will be speaking to an Ordinator Watchman before noticing you:

Ordinator Muron: "The new Hand has arrived. Notify Almalexia that her champion is here."

He will then approach you:

Ordinator Muron: "Well met, Hand of Almalexia."

If you have not started the quest yet and delay for a bit, he will say:

"We've been expecting you."

He will inform you that the Ordinators are holed up near the ruins and that Almalexia would like to speak to you:

"Ah, you've come—and just in time. Vox has summoned Daedric cultists to make up for the Maulborn losses.
Mother Morrowind ordered us to wait for the one who brings the blessing of Veloth to arrive."
I have the blessing. What's the situation?
"Lady Almalexia sent her Ordinators to hold this position, but we are too few to go up against Vox's bolstered forces."
I'll deal with Vox.
"A moment, please. Our Lady knows of your arrival. Sit by the fire and she'll speak to you presently."
Very well.

Speaking to him again before sitting down:

"Take a seat by the fire.
Presently, Almalexia herself will speak to you."

Ordinator Muron draws his sword and kneels with it in front of him as Almalexia appears. He rises when she leaves. Talk to him after Almalexia is finished speaking:

"Strange lights emanate from three locations in the ruins above. That's where I'd look for the wards. Once they fall, the way into Vox's lair should be clear."

Speaking to him after this conversation:

"The cave ahead is probably the best approach, as the path to the north goes through the center of the Hollow and right into the thick of Vox's forces.
Destroy the three wards, blessed one!"

If you return to him after destroying the wards:

"Be safe up there. If even our Lady cannot tend to the fates of this Vox, you should be wary."

After the quest:

"We're going to hold out here until told otherwise.
We'll need to ensure none of Vox's minions decide to try and leave the area without us noticing."
