Nullifiers are a class of hostile humanoid NPCs that attack using magic. They usually wield a shock staff or a two-handed sword. They are notable in that they can use a negate to prevent their target from using magic.

Two-Handed SwordEdit
Quick StrikeEdit
A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.
UppercutEdit
A melee attack that causes moderate physical damage and knock back if it connects. This attack can be blocked to set the enemy off balance.
Ice CageEdit
The enemy summons a ring of frost around itself that does moderate frost damage over time to all players in the red circle.
Negate MagicEdit
The enemy creates a globe of magic suppression for 10 seconds, removing and preventing all player area of effect abilities from occurring in the area. Players within the globe will be silenced. Silence prevents players from using any skill with a Magicka cost as long as they are in the affected area.

A basic ranged attack that does minor shock damage.
Impending StormEdit
The enemy charges up and releases lightning from itself as indicated by red circles. This attack does moderate shock damage to all enemies hit. This attack can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance or simply avoided.
Negate MagicEdit
The enemy creates a globe of magic suppression for 10 seconds, removing and preventing all player area of effect abilities from occurring in the area. Players within the globe will be silenced.
