Nephothal is a Dark Elf who can be found in Vivec City. She cannot be talked to, but she can be overheard talking to other citizens. Her dialogue is catered to the quests you have completed.

Before Divine Disaster:
- Nephothal: "We've been waiting to see Lord Vivec for three days. Do you think something's wrong?"
- Hlavora Fedos: "I don't know. The Buoyant Armigers say there's nothing to worry about, but something feels wrong."
- Sadas Vidron: "You two need to stop worrying. Everything is fine. The Ordinators say so!"
After Divine Disaster is complete, Vivec's power is restored and the moonlet hovers safely above the city once again:
- Hlavora Fedos: "I feel so renewed. Vivec City is truly amazing."
- Nephothal: "Are you sure you're all right? The ordeal with Baar Dau was terrifying."
- Hlavora Fedos: "What ordeal? I don't know what you're talking about."
- Nephothal: "Never mind. You're right. The city is amazing."
After Molag Mar's objective has been completed:
- Sadas Vidron: "Do you think those Ashlanders are still outside Molag Mar?"
- Nephothal: "Of course they are. The Buoyant Armigers cleared them of all wrongdoing."
- Sadas Vidron: "Still, I pray to the Three that they move along soon."
- Nephothal: "You worry too much."
